Maxtrax MKII Mounting Pins

Traction boards are essential recovery tools, but only if they're easy to access. The Maxtrax MKII Mounting Pins are the simplest, most secure way to carry your Maxtrax on any Owl Sherpa or modular rack.

Machined from tough composite and built to lock your boards down tight, these pins let you quickly load, lock, or release your Maxtrax with zero tools. Twist-lock action holds them in place even on rough trails, and their slim design prevents snagging when loading nearby gear.

It's the ideal mount for those who believe recovery gear should be fast, functional, and frustration-free.

The Mounting Pins can carry either one or two sets of MAXTRAX (two or four boards), and their M10 stainless bolt has a provision for a small TSA-style padlock. Two individual rotating Nylon “keys” allow you to securely restrain your MAXTRAX while the primary component remains stationary, attached to your roof or bed rack, or custom mounting application.

Sold in a set of four, enough to mount one or two sets of MAXTRAX (two or four boards total).
