At Owl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

  Ship Your Items

  Pack your items safely in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
